A passion for Pilates and the enjoyment that comes from seeing their clients (now friends) develop and strengthen is what led Kristin and Kristina to open Form & Flow Pilates.
Form & Flow Pilates is for every BODY, so no matter your fitness level there's a class for you! It is a place to focus your mind, energise your body and move with intention.

Kristina
Hi, I’m Kristina. I have four adult children and have lived in Albury most of my life.
My love of Pilates began with one on one mat sessions to help assist with lower back pain. I soon discovered Reformer Pilates and became addicted to the feeling of a strong and balanced body which helped to keep my back in check.
I am now a certified mat and reformer instructor with a Diploma in Clinical Pilates. My latest studies have honed in on the reformer as an apparatus to intentionally and incrementally strengthen the whole body.
I love to empower people through movement to create strong bodies and to live a life they love. My desire is to help people find their “happy place” through movement, to inspire my clients to develop functional, physical strength as well as mental and emotional wellbeing so they can feel great inside and out.

Hi I’m Kristin. I’m a mum of two beautiful girls, a wife and a Pilates instructor.
Prior to children I had always been into functional fitness and completed a number of marathons/ultra-marathons. It was through my second pregnancy (2019) I started my prenatal pilates journey, with a noticable improvement in my post-partum recovery. I was hooked and always left feeling better then when I walked in. Pilates has since helped me feel whole, not only by building strength and stability with my body but also within my mind.
My love of Pilates quickly grew into instructing where I found great enjoyment in guiding others with a focus on form and breath to bring balance and awareness to your body. I also like to challenge myself to learn new techniques, with my current training/accredications including BASI Comprehensive Global Teaching Program, BootyBarre Instructor (Instructor Plus and Flex/Flow) and Pumped Up Strength. My goal is to share the benefits of pilates and work together to connect mind & body and sustain mobility through a balanced lifestyle, giving results that you are looking for externally and internally.
