Terms and Conditions
Our aim at Form & Flow Pilates is to make your experience enjoyable and productive. We teach with intention, integrity and care to our clients to deliver the best Pilates technique in Mind, Body and Spirit. Through our own teachings we hope to inspire, train and educate others in the art of Pilates as we have been inspired in our own evolution of Pilates.
We believe in offering high-quality teaching to ensure a deeper understanding of the Pilates technique to improve Strength, Control, Co-ordination and Flexibility. To provide the best possible service and outcomes we have the following Terms and Conditions so that you can fully understand your rights and obligations.
General
-
All new studio clients are required to read and complete the Form and Flow Waiver. On entry to the studio, you accept that our Terms and Conditions and the Waiver are understood and agreed to by you.
-
All new studio clients are required attend an initial consultation even if you have done Pilates elsewhere previously. This allows us to find out where your body is at now. We can determine your motivations and goals as well as discuss any hinderances.
-
All sessions are pre-booked. Sessions can be booked by signing up for the Form & Flow App to make bookings directly from your mobile device.
-
In order to give all studio clients the best opportunity to attend a session, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee – equivalent to the cost of your class. You may send someone in your place if you are inside the 12-hour cut off time for cancellation. The replacement must be an existing client of Form & Flow Pilates.
-
In the interests of protecting our client’s health, we ask that if you are feeling unwell or you are looking after sick people at home (and potentially contagious) that you reschedule your session and do not attend.
-
Please wear something comfortable, appropriate and easy to move in for your sessions. Please avoid wearing shorts or tights with zippers on the back. We ask that all clients wear non-slip socks in the studio. These are available for purchase in the studio.
-
Form & Flow Pilates supports the next generation of teachers. There may be students present during your session observing or assisting the main instructor.
