Kristina's love of Pilates began with one on one mat sessions to help assist with lower back pain. She soon discovered Reformer Pilates and became addicted to the feeling of a strong and balanced body which helped to keep her back in check.
Kristina is a certified mat and reformer instructor with a Diploma in Clinical Pilates. Her latest studies have honed in on the reformer as an apparatus to intentionally and incrementally strengthen the whole body.
She loves to empower people through movement to create strong bodies and to live a life they love. Her desire is to help people find their “happy place” through movement, to inspire her clients to develop functional, physical strength as well as mental and emotional wellbeing so they can feel great inside and out. -
